About

I've been fascinated with hypnosis for as long as I can remember. I was certain I'd keep it as a deep, dark secret, but I took a leap of faith into the hypnokink community in 2012 and I'm so glad I did. I grew obsessed with learning (and doing) as much as I could, on and offline.Now, I teach and write professionally about how to explore this unbelievable blend of science, art, and intimacy. I've written several books and many articles, taught nationally, and done a wide variety of other projects -- for learning and for play.In terms of hypnosis: I'm a "switch," I'm heavily influenced by Milton Erickson and have a conversational style, and I highly value absorbing as much as possible. My firm belief is that learning hypnosis (as either hypnotist or subject) is life-long, and that with practice, you can do borderline-magical things -- I know it, because I've experienced it.I'm queer, femme, and nonbinary (they/she).
